Day in the life - full film
(Documentary style)
I'll spend a few hours with you, doing a few of your favourite family activities, and being a 'fly on the wall' just observing with my camera. These sessions are un-prompted and unposed, but well prepared in advance in our pre-film consultation. These are a full 5+ minute film set to music.
Mini film
(photography session add on)
The 1-3 minute mini film adds onto your normal family, maternity, newborn or motherhood photography session. They are a 'moving portrait' and a beautiful keepsake for your family. This is a more 'styled' type of session, just as your photography session is.

01. Can I choose the Music for my Film?
Typically songs you may hear on the radio aren't aren't able to be used for projects such and I'm required to use licensed music for your film. The music chosen is a big part of the artform, and coming from a musical background I like to think I am pretty good at choosing the right music. Think of it as a chance for you to find a new favourite soundtrack.

03. What should we wear to our session?
It will depend on a few factors such as the vibe you are going for, whether it is more styled or documentary style capturing your everyday life. I will guide you through this process in our phone consultation and with the prep guide.

06. Do you pose us for photos?
We will speak more about this when planning your film. Mini films more posed, however the full 'day in the life' documentary style films are much more natural and unposed, with the planning happening prior. We will have some activities and locations planned but I will stand back and capture your organic connection.

07. Do you make any edits to film like photo?
Films don't have retouching applied. I will do some stylistic changes, but not things like skin smoothing. It's important here to focus on the 'why' of creating a film. It is like a time capsule, not another pressure to appear perfect.

08. Are there payment plans available?
Payment plans are available. You will be able to choose a package, payment amount and frequency which suits your budget in a 0% interest, lay-by style plan.
Your incredible photos will be made available for you to download/order for print once the payments are completed.
